This week's Phony Family Proverb: "Self Care is My Path to Peace" (Psalm 46)

Main Idea While self-care is a helpful tool for maintenance, true and lasting peace is found only by making God our permanent refuge and centering our lives in His presence rather than in fleeting personal rituals.

The Challenge: Stop relying on "water bottle" self-care to save you from life’s storms and instead unashamedly point others toward the "River" of God’s presence by living with visible joy and persistent faith.
